Put the lower strap around your neck:
Find the two buckles and close them:
Place the upper strap over your head:
The upper harness should go over your ears and rest
on the top of your head:
Adjust the back and front straps as you prefer. Remember that secure seal provides better soundproofing:
Now you are ready to use the VEKTA!
