Using VEKTA with PS4/PS5

To ensure the best performance, please follow this quick guide to correctly set up your mask with the PS4/PS5: 

• After connecting the VEKTA to your PS4/PS5, you should see the mask recognized as "METADOX Mask".
• Verify that the DualSense microphone is switched off to allow the mask's microphone work.

Now, everything is ready to start playing!

Experiencing low volume issues?

We created a special PS4/5 mode for the VEKTA to solve this problem. 

How to turn it on:

• Make sure your mask is already connected to PS4/5
• Locate the hidden button at the lower part of the mask (underneath the label, as seen below).
• Take a thin pin or similar tool. Press and hold the hidden button for 3 seconds. 
• The PS4/5 mode is on
  

The headphones used with PS4/PS5 must be the ones provided with the mask or any other headphones with 3.5 mm jack.

• VEKTA + Included headphones (OK)
• VEKTA + External headphones connected to 3.5mm audio out jack (OK)
• VEKTA + External headphones no 3.5mm jack connected (Not possible)
