It has been a while since our last news, and although things have taken longer than expected to finish production, we've encountered no major issues.
We have received quite a few inquiries, and we're delighted to say that almost all of them have been positive and understanding! We are truly grateful for your support and patience.
Final assembly is running!
We are thrilled to announce that the final assembly and packaging of our soundproof masks are in progress as we speak! Everything is proceeding smoothly, and we expect to complete the first batch by tomorrow. The second batch is planned for assembly in a couple of weeks.
After some adjustments to the cushion for improved shape and comfort, we're pleased to report excellent results. Its assembly is also going smoothly, even better than we initially anticipated.
Shipment of OMBRA 1st batch - Next week
For those who ordered in the 1st batch, shipping will start next week. This includes orders up to #2174.
Orders in the 2nd batch, numbered from #2175 to #2462, will be dispatched 2-3 weeks later. We are doing everything possible to ensure the masks reach you as soon as possible.
All packages are shipped via FedEx and should arrive at your doorstep within 3-5 days.
