Buying VEKTA on Amazon — How to Make Sure You're Getting the Real Thing

VEKTA is sold directly by METADOX. On Amazon, our listings sometimes attract unauthorized sellers who list their own stock on the same product page, often at a lower price. We can't verify the authenticity, condition, or safety of units sold by these sellers, and we're unable to offer warranty support for orders placed through them.

While we are actively working on removing unauthorized sellers, we prepared a guide for you to make sure you receive the original VEKTA with warranty and support provided by METADOX

How to check you're buying directly from METADOX

Before you click "Buy Now" or "Add to Cart," look at the box on the right side of the product page. It should say "Sold by METADOX." 

If the page shows a different seller name, then you are purchasing from an unauthorized seller:

How to order directly from METADOX on Amazon

1. Search for "VEKTA Soundproof Mask" on Amazon, or go to our Amazon Japan Storefront and click on VEKTA product page. 

2. Make sure you choose your desired size first: S/M or L/XL

3. Check the "Sold by" field, to ensure the seller is "METADOX"

4. If you see other seller, click on the following button to see all available sellers

5. Find METADOX in the list of sellers, and click add to cart

6. Complete checkout as normal
