Important Information for Customers in Taiwan


To ensure that your order arrives without delays, customers in Taiwan are required to provide real-name authentication before we can ship your package. This process is mandated by Taiwanese customs, and without it, your parcel will unfortunately be held or blocked at customs, and we will not be able to complete the delivery.

What information do we need from you?

To comply with Taiwanese regulations, please provide:

• Your ID number
• Your full Chinese name (as it appears on your ID)
• A screenshot of the real-name verification completed through the 易利委 (EZ Way) app or website


Why is this necessary?


Taiwanese customs requires all incoming international packages to be linked to a verified identity through the EZ Way system. This authentication allows customs to confirm that the recipient is correctly identified and authorized to receive the shipment.

If this step is not completed, your package will not clear customs and will be returned or held indefinitely.
For this reason, it is very important that the information you provide is accurate and matches exactly the name on your official identification document.

Please make sure that:

• The name on your order matches the name on your ID.
• The authentication is completed correctly on EZ Way.
• You send us the required details promptly so we can proceed with shipping.
