How to wear with the double strap system

Put the lower strap around your neck:
 
 

Find the two buckles and close them:
 

Place the upper strap over your head:


The upper harness should go over your ears and rest 
on the top of your head:


Adjust the back as you prefer:


Adjust the front part as you prefer:


Now you are ready to use the VEKTA!
